Discovering God Together is Bible study method focused on discovering what God has revealed about Himself. It was developed to practice intentionally seeking God’s nature, purpose and priorities™ as written by the authors of the Bible. Knowing God, what He is doing and what’s important to Him provides a solid umbrella for understanding the context of His Word.
The process is simple and step-by-step instructions are easy to follow. There are six steps to the process and six questions to meet two main objectives — 1) discover how God is revealed and 2) understand how we should live. “Principles of Good Bible Study”: observation, interpretation, reflection and application, are practiced through the process. In the training, the information discovered is summarized and gathered to ultimately complete a message outline of the segment.
Discovering God Together study method has been used to teach basic Bible study skills and message preparation to hundreds of participants of the Timothy Project world-wide.
Available in Swahili and Spanish. Coming soon in French, Arabic, Hindi and Tamil.
